| Aim: |
The aim of the activity is to create a collection of quality life skills development activity plans and worksheets for senior secondary students in Hong Kong. The collection published as a resource guide with a computer disk will be distributed to all secondary schools in Hong Kong.
In-service and pre-service teachers, social workers, educational psychologists are now invited to participate in this activity. All entries will be evaluated and selected by the advisory members of the Life Skills Development Project. |
| Regulations: |
 With reference to the attached Life Skills Curriculum for senior secondary school students (S.4 to S.7 students), choose ONE category from one of the three areas, and design ONE activity plan for it.
Participants can be an Individual or a Group.
Each participant can submit one or more activity plans.
Either Chinese or English is acceptable.
There is no limit for the number of words.

Selected plans will be awarded a Certificate of Award.
Special Awards for three areas, each winner will be awarded with a medal:
One Special Award for Academic Development
One Special Award for Career Development
One Special Award for Personal-social Development |

Send the completed Nomination Form, Activity Plan with handouts and worksheets, and a soft copy of the activity plan on a computer disk to the Life Skills Development Project,222 May Hall, Faculty of Education, HKU, Pokfulam Rd, HK. |
